Step 1: Set-up your Account

To ensure that we comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you will need to provide us some details to register for your account.This can be either be done online or you can get in touch with our team who will be happy to walk you through the process. Once you’ve completed the application, our review can be completed in a day or two and you can start trading.

Step 2: Talk to your Client Manager

All Private Clients have their very own Client Manager who will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and timescales. They will clearly explain how everything works and provide insights into the various payment options available to you.

Step 3: Managing your Payments

When ready to make a payment, simply email or phone your Client Manager, or use our online global payment solution, AFEXDirect. You’ll need to ensure that your funds arrive in our account on or before the date on which your funds are due to be sent out; we will provide you our banking details. Next, we’ll need your beneficiary bank account details so we can send your funds out. We will advise you on exactly what details we need to ensure smooth transfers to the destination account. Once we have received your money, we’ll send your funds out on the agreed date. You will receive confirmation that your funds have been sent, detailing the exchange rate, currency amount and transfer dates.
